When you use our Internet presence, we wish to point out the following: Data protection is very important to us. As the responsible provider of this website (hereinafter called “offer”) we wish to inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the acquisition and the use of personal data. “We”, that means Jo & Judy GmbH, represented by Joana Heinen and Niklas Heinen, founder and responsible operator of this offer, Weseler Straße 601, 48163 Münster. What we understand by personal data
First of all: We acquire, use or deliver personal data only if this is legally allowed or you consent to it. This personal data includes e.g. your name, your e-mail address or your phone number. But also hobbies, or which websites are viewed by you. Briefly, all information that can be traced back to you or allow you to be identified as a person.
Which data we acquire
Some things are obvious, others happen in the background. We wish to inform you extensively since all is relevant with respect to data protection. Once again: We only do what is permitted. And transparency is very important to us. Therefore, we inform you about this in detail. Contact by you is obviously included in the collected data. If you write to us through a contact form or an e-mail, we will save your information to deal with your inquiry. In addition, there might be subsequent questions. We use the data given by you for executing and handling your order. For performing the contract, we forward your data to the mail-order business commissioned with the delivery as far as this is required for the delivery of ordered goods. For handling payments we send the payment data required for that to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider as commissioned by us or to the payment service selected by you during the order process. If you leave comments in the blog, your IP address will be stored. This is done for our security if someone writes e.g. offences or forbidden political propaganda in comments. In the worst case scenario we may be prosecuted for the comment. Therefore, we are interested in the identity of the writer. If you subscribe to something actively, the data required for that will also be stored. This is done for the comment subscription or for the newsletter. Here, it is about your e-mail address which is required for sending the news. On your login we also store your IP address and the date of login. This storage serves as evidence in case somebody else abuses your e-mail address and logs in for reception without your knowledge. You may revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address as well as the use for sending news at any time.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the data required for that or sent by you separately for sending you our e-mail Newsletter regularly. The unsubscribing of our newsletter is possible at any time and will be put into effect either by a message to the contact possibility described below or via a link in the newsletter provided for this reason.
Data in the background
This data is designed for statistical purposes (for the operation, the security and the optimization of our offer) or to connect our website with social networks or other websites. We (or our webspace provider) collect data about each access to the offer (so-called server log files). Unfortunately, we have no influence if these third-party providers store you IP address for e.g. statistical purposes.
Also, we use plugins of the social network facebook.com which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). If our website is called, your browser will then establish a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The contents of the plugin is transferred from Facebook directly to your browser and is integrated into the website by it. However, we have no influence on the volume of the data Facebook collects by using this plugin. This allows Facebook to receive information on the fact that you called our website. If you have logged in with Facebook, Facebook may assign the visit to your Facebook account. This also applies if you make a comment or press the Like button. We use Yandex.Metrica, a web analysis and click tracking service of the Yandex company, at 16, L. Tolstoj street in 119021 Moscow. The information generated by the use of this service provider and your use of our website (including our IP address) are transmitted to the Yandex server in the Russian Federation and are stored there.
