Work or private life - there is always something we could improve and work on! Stop procrastinating so much, keep the house tidy, do more creative stuff….but how? Well, here are some ideas:
To make sure you don’t forget about your brand new habits, we’ve designed a habit tracker for you to download and get working on your 2020!
New habits for a successful day
Stay concentrated and work on your goals! Okay, that’s easier said than done. But how are we gonna do it?
To work focussed, you have to know what you want to achieve at the end of the day. Before even starting your computer, write down all the things, you want to tick off your list that day. Organize your to-dos in morning and afternoon tasks in order to not get lost in the first couple of to-dos and create some sort of deadline for yourself. The noting and organizing of your tasks could be a brand new and healthy habit for 2020!
Motivate yourself to keep on working with work and break time slots. During the work time slot, it’s just you and your to-dos. No messages, mails or coffee breaks are allowed to intervene. Music can also be distracting but it doesn’t have to be! The right songs can make working easier and more inspired. Find out what music suits your workflow and create a playlist dedicated to it. For some inspiration, we’ve created a Work Time playlist on Spotify. Listen to it the next time you need to concentrate for a longer period of time and get shit done!
In another Magazine post, we’ve collected helpful tools and apps that’ll support your workflow and will help you to check off all of these to-dos even faster:
Let’s talk about time management! Most of the time, it’s not the fact that we’re too lazy to do our work. Often, we just can’t really decide where to start and keep avoiding it. It’s so important to organize all of the tasks and deadlines that are making us feel so lost in order to actually do and feel good.

New habits to make the world more beautiful
Every single one of us has the power to make this beautiful world even more beautiful. No matter if that means spreading positive vibes online and offline, listening and really hearing what our friends are sharing with us, eating no or at least less animal products or simply using our own shopping bag and reusable cup when going out - every little thing is worth so much! Set some environment goals and make concrete habits out of them that you want to establish in 2020!
But don’t be too hard on yourself. Do whatever feels right to you and fits into your life. You don’t have to go from 0 to 100 as long as you do the best you can to make this world a better place day after day.
